What Causes Computer Vision Syndrome?
Computer eye strain and computer vision syndrome are caused by our eyes and brain reacting differently to characters on a computer screen than they do to printed characters. Our eyes have little problem focusing on printed material that has dense black characters with well-defined edges. But characters on a computer screen don't have the same degree of contrast and definition.  We are asking our eyes to remain accurately focused on our screen for a sustained period and then to accurately change focus as we shift gaze from monitor to keyboard and back this courses strain on our eyes and anything we can do to help will reduce eye fatigue and blurriness.

Spectacles are available  in 2 powers 0.25 and 0.50 dioptres, Clipon, over glasses are available in 0.50 dioptres  

The further you sit away from a screen, the less correction is required..Manufactures receomendations are  Upto 28" distance - use 0.5 dioptres spectacles, and over 28" use 0.25 dioptres spectacles
